The Chamber is excited to announce our next installment of BOSS (Business Owners Sharing Solutions). Biannually, we have a topic that is important to small business owners and managers, with a panel of speakers who are experts in their field.

As Human Resources Manager at Warren Rupp, a business unit of IDEX Corporation, Ashley is an experienced Human Resources Professional, bringing over 14 years of experience in the HR field. Ashley’s career has primarily been in the consumer goods and manufacturing industry, where she brings skills in coaching, employee relations, document management, mentoring, and talent management. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. In addition to her career in Human Resources, Ashley is passionate about spending quality time with her family, which includes her husband and two children, as well as being involved in the Richland County-Mansfield community.

Fred attended Ashland University on a football scholarship, completing his Bachelor of Science degree in recreation in 1987. After college, Fred began working for a variety of outdoor education facilities in both Ohio and Michigan, specializing in adventure education. This consisted of taking groups of children on backpacking, canoeing, and horse packing trips to the Rocky Mountains. In 1992, Fred Boll took the position of operational manager at Mohican State Park Resort and Conference Center. Fred worked here for seven years, filling various roles as needed, including two extended periods of executive chef duties. In 1999, Fred took over as the operational manager for the Nuhop Center for Experiential Education, where he oversaw the development of an outdoor education program. This consisted of building a ropes course and undertaking large renovations to the existing structures of Camp. In 2006, Fred took a position with Mansfield City Schools as its outdoor education teacher and assisted in the development of the Spring Mill facility. In the fall of 2014, Fred became the Executive Director at the Little Buckeye Children’s Museum.

Evan's journey with the Chamber began as an intern and grew into a permanent role on the team. In his current position, he helps member businesses promote themselves through sponsored email blasts and other digital marketing efforts, working under the mentorship of Marketing & Communications Director, Sandy Messner.
Evan was raised on a generational farm in northern Richland County and is a graduate of Crestview High School. He earned his Associate Degree in Business Administration – Marketing from North Central State College and is now continuing his education at Franklin University.
